• Once your package leaves our international fulfillment partner warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with a dedicated tracking number.

• Free Canadian Shipping: We are proud to offer 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada, with no minimum purchase required.
• Standard Delivery Window: Our standard factory-direct shipping typically takes 5 to 15 business days to arrive at most Canadian destinations.
• Note: While most packages arrive within two weeks, minor transit extensions may occasionally occur due to custom clearances, peak holiday seasons, or delivery to remote regions in British Columbia, Alberta, and Northern territories.

• Your tracking number will become active within 48 hours of dispatch.
• You can seamlessly track your gear's journey from our international hub directly to your doorstep. Once the shipment lands in Canada, it will be safely handled and updated by local carriers (such as Canada Post).
