To offer you the best factory-direct pricing, our fulfillment operates through an efficient international distribution system. Please review our shipping terms below.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory Canadian holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• Once your package leaves our international fulfillment partner warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with a dedicated tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

• Free Canadian Shipping: We are proud to offer 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada, with no minimum purchase required.
•  Apparels & Accessories (Local Fulfillment): Our branded hoodies, t-shirts, and hats are fulfilled locally and typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
• Expedition Gear & Heavy Hardware (Factory-Direct): To offer you the best rates, our heavy adventure gear, backpacks, and specialized hardware ship factory-direct and typically take 5 to 15 business days to arrive at most Canadian destinations.
• Note: While most packages arrive within their estimated windows, minor transit extensions may occasionally occur due to custom clearances, peak holiday seasons, or delivery to remote regions in British Columbia, Alberta, and Northern territories.

• Your tracking number will become active within 48 hours of dispatch.
• You can seamlessly track your gear's journey from our international hub directly to your doorstep. Once the shipment lands in Canada, it will be safely handled and updated by local carriers (such as Canada Post).

• The price you see at checkout is the final price. Even though items are dispatched via our optimized international lines, residential outdoor accessory orders are carefully managed so you never have to worry about unexpected customs fees, border delays, or import duties upon arrival.
